THE EXPERIENCE
Our 1 hour, interactive classes are designed to give young athletes a balanced approach to fitness. Each class will focus on developing strength, endurance while refining foundational movement patterns. Our group sessions are facilitated by our expert coaches and thoughtful programming. We will keep track of every athlete's progress each week while progressing each exercise.

THE COACHES
All classes will be facilitated with two trainers on the gym floor at all times. Our experienced and enthusiastic trainers are trained to provide a safe, enjoyable and motivating experience for every athlete, ensuring that they leave each class with a sense of accomplishment and a deeper understanding for their sport.


BRADEN MULLER
TIMUR KADIROV
Fitness has been part of my lifestyle since the very beginning and since then I have developed over a decade of experience in CrossFit training. My training through that process has brought me to higher levels of competition where I placed 8th in the teenage division at the 2019 Crossfit games while also becoming The Youth Virginia state Olympic weight lifting champion. While competing I realized that there was still more to learn and the practical application of training needed to be supplemented. I then decided to study at Adelphi University where I graduated with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. During that time I've spent the last four summers coaching kids at my gym back in Virginia Beach, honing my skills in youth fitness instruction. I'm eager to meet everyone joining us this summer to share the experiences and lessons I've learned with everyone.
With a lifelong passion for fitness and athletic performance, I bring a wealth of experience to the gym. Having played ice hockey for most of my life, I developed a deep understanding of discipline, teamwork, and the physical demands of high-level sports. This background inspired a commitment to strength training and powerlifting, where I have excelled with impressive max lifts, including a 465-pound back squat, a 540-pound deadlift, and a 300-pound bench press. All at 160 pounds body weight.
As an experienced gym-goer and competitive powerlifter, I specialize in building programs that enhance strength, power, and athletic performance. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve explosive power and mobility or someone starting your fitness journey, I have the knowledge and hands-on experience to help you reach your goals.
With a strong foundation in strength training and a lifelong dedication to fitness, I am here to empower you to push limits, achieve new milestones, and build lasting confidence in your abilities.

"Having my son John train with Timur has been an incredible experience. Since he started training with him I’ve noticed huge improvements not just physical strength and performance, which is important because he plays several sports one of which is football. His mindset and nutrition have also improved. He pushes him to be better every session. Timur takes the time to explain each exercise clearly, he takes videos of John doing exercises so he can review with him after class and correct his form when needed. He also set up a 5 day program for him to do at home when they are not training together in the gym. Timur is a great motivator he knows how to keep him focused. His workouts are challenging but fun. John has also learned alotabout discipline, and recovery. And how to train smart. John is more confident in his sports and in himself. His Bike wheelies also have gotten much better thanks to him improving his upper body strength. (I don’t know how I feel about that LOL). John’s friends have seen a difference in his performance and have also decided to join john in his training with Timur. Timur is very relatable to young kids. I am excited for John to keep training and growing under Timur’s guidance. "
