We are selective because we value what training does and where it can take you. What we offer is different because we are more interested in what helps instead of what sells. We value the process over the product and are more concerned about the mind-set than the actual skill set. Your current condition is temporary, staying there however is a choice. The process is simple in theory but complex in application. Our initial goal is to you make you aware of your behavior so you that can be accountable for your actions. The reason for this is to make the skills and lessons learned inside of gym transferable to outside of the gym.
