The training will be a tool not just to open your lungs but also your mind.  Rather than worrying on arriving with answers, we're more concerned with placing ourselves in a place to ask better questions.  The training will be long and hard, but it pails in comparison with the discussion we have planned for afterwards.

A praxis is the process by which a theory, lesson, or skill is enacted, embodied, or realized.  It can also refer to the act of enacting, applying, exercising, realizing or practicing ideas.  It is ultimately a form of critical thinking that comprises reflective and cognitive action.

2. Considering the impacts of the action.

3. Analyzing the results by reflecting upon it.

4. An altering and revising conceptions and planning following reflection

5. Implementing these plans into further actions.
