What to expect during the 10 week program: 10-Week HYROX Program Packet – Track your progress, level up your skills, and follow a structured plan to improve every aspect of your HYROX performance. Unlimited Weekday Group Classes – Supplement your HYROX training with Stronghold’s high-intensity group sessions. One 1:1 Personal Training Session – Get individualized coaching to fine-tune your technique and strategy. Nutrition Support – Fuel your training and maximize performance with expert nutrition guidance. You don’t have to compete to train like a competitor. No race? No excuses.
