Having an unknown alien creature attach itself to his face for days, caused a parasite to develop inside of his body. Eventually the parasite grows and begins to create an enormous amount of agonizing pain in his abdominal area. Finally a an alien creature bursts out of his mid section completely treating it apart which would lead to his death.
