Learning is a two-way street. This is our craft and we take it very seriously, which means that you're required to reciprocate. We are selective because we value what training does and where it can take you. What we offer is different because we are more interested in what helps instead of what sells. We value the process over the product and are more concerned about the mind-set than the actual skill set. Your current condition is temporary, staying there however is a choice. These are some of the many expectations that we require, they are non-negotiable.

Our sessions are 80 minutes; they're longer because we understand that there is no substitute for time spent. We also value what training is and what it entails which is why we refuse to settle for anything that compromises the experience that we are willing to facilitate. Within each session there are objectives and there are also penalties for failing to accomplish them. The environment is interactive and filled with like minded individuals who are more interested in complexities of capability rather than the simplicities of aesthetics. This is unfiltered, unforgiving and unapologetic. If you are willing, we'll be waiting...

The reason for this is to make the skills and lessons learned inside of gym transferable to outside of the gym.
